S18 Series EZ-Beam Receiver - DC

Banner's S18SP6R Receiver is made with a thermoplastic housing. Features a 66 ft sensing range. Engineered to meet NEMA 6P, IP67, IP69 ratings making this sensor an excellent choice for wash-down environments. Input for power. Compatible with 10 to 30 V DC. EZ-Beam technology provides reliable sensing without the need for adjustment. Features a 4-pin connection.

Applications:
  • Exit Verification (In-Bay Automatic/Rollover): Verifies that vehicle has exited car wash. Signals dryers to turn off. Prompts entry doors to open and admit next vehicle. 
  • Teller/Coin Box and Menu Selection (In-Bay Automatic/Rollover): "Wakes up" teller. Doors open when correct code is entered, and previous vehicle has exited bay. Verifies that vehicle has departed coin box area. 
  • Undercarriage Wash Trigger (In-Bay Automatic/Rollover and Conveyorized Tunnel): Detects presence of a vehicle while it is in the undercarriage wash zone. Signals the pumps to start/stop undercarriage wash.
  • Anti-Collision (Conveyorized Tunnel): Verifies that prior vehicle has exited car wash. Allows conveyor to "eject" car from system to exit the wash.
